Yah. I think some people
Yah. I think some people sometimes miss the fact that God created this universe with the express plans of redeeming it. He did not make a mistake. He was not surprised. He knew what was coming.
I've been thinking a bit lately about the concept of the "fall" and its current effect on people who try to find God in the Universe. Christian Theism does not believe that the Universe as we see it is a true reflection of God, since this is not how He created it. It makes sense that those who discount the Judeo-Christian explanation would have a skewed view of Him.
